Why Seaweed? Find out about the nutritious and flavorful wonders of adding seaweed to your everyday recipes. We'll explore the 9 most commonly used sea vegetables harvested on the coast of Maine and how to incorporate them into a healthy diet. Come touch, learn, and taste as we cook together. There will be recipes and samples for everyone to take home. We'll be making Dulse Lettuce & Tomato Sandwiches.There will also be Kelp Krunch and a Sea Seasoned Ranch dip with veggies to taste.
